Carlo X walnut chest of drawers, Italian craftsmanship from the second quarter of the 19th century. The structure features a front with four drawers, with the first, smaller in size, elegantly integrated into the molded band beneath the top. The other three drawers are framed by a thin molding that enhances the linear design. The bun feet provide a distinctive and solid touch to the base of the piece. The interiors are made of poplar. This chest of drawers represents a refined example of 19th-century Italian taste and craftsmanship. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker.
