Antique Louis XVI Lombard chest of drawers in walnut burl with inlay grafts in exotic fine woods. THE front elevation features two large drawers with a deer figure in the center and a smaller under-top one embellished with floral-pattern inlay. A dove figure is depicted on the sides of the cabinet within geometric frames, while a shepherd figure is depicted on the top. The tapered and slightly flared feet (truncated inverted pyramid)are also decorated with fillets and inlaid details. The corners and edges of the cabinet are embellished with decorative geometric and plant elements. Condition: Very good condition. Provenance: 18th-century Lombardy. Measurements: 129x59 H93cm.
