Decorate an entryway or living room with this elegant antique chest of drawers. Created in France, circa 1890 and bombe in shape on all three sides, the cabinet stands on elegant cabriole legs decorated with foliage bronze mounts at the shoulders, and ending with bronze sabot feet. The scalloped apron is embellished with a foliage bronze mount in the center. The sides with serpentine shape, are decorated with two-tone inlaid marquetry veneer with floral decor. The two large serpentine drawers are embellished with a large center medallion of floral motifs, and dressed with flourishing bronze handles. The surface is dressed with a shaped variegated "Breche d'Alep" marble top of different shades of beige. The tall Louis XV style commode is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorn a rich French polished finish. Measures: 51" W x 21" D x 36" H.
