A hand carved Italian Renaissance Revival walnut extension dining table from the late 19th century. Able to extend from four feet to seven feet long, the tabletop is accented by detailed running ornamentation carving, rising on stretcher joined figurative putti (boys face) legs, resting on large paw feet, draw leaves at either end. Figural carving features mythological style classic bust joined with lion paw feet. The antique table can be used including as a dining table, kitchen table, large side accent table, writing desk or library table to name a few. Dimensions: Approx 48.5" long, extended: 90" long
