Condition: good original condition special remarks: few signs of use. minimalist design. The lamp head is vertically adjustable around the chrome-plated central rod above the travertine base. The ring-shaped switch is located on the lamp head and is identifiable by its ribbed design. The ring-shaped transformer, which is also labeled on the underside, is located on the connection cable. This object: from the "wing" lighting series, we present the rare floor lamp with a travertine base. Bruno gecchelin has been collaborating with the renowned manufacturer o-luce by giuseppe ostuni in milan since 1968. One of the first halogen lamps designed by gecchelin for o-luce was created in 1971: the wing series. The movable lamp head made of thermoplastic material and the integrated switch on the lampshade are characteristic of this series. The construction with a single molded part was both economical and elegant – gecchelin deliberately designed the lamp to be compact and heat-resistant. european plug (up to 250v).the wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
