How to make sqaure raviolis: Step 1, place the piece onto the ravioli tray, keep the 2 pieces together, and sprinkle a small amount of flour over the tray. Step 2, roll a thin sheet of pasta dough over the top piece & help the dough mold to the indications, remove excess. Step 3, place a small amount of filling in the center of each shape.
