Directions: Step 1, place the top piece onto the ravioli tray, keep the 2 pieces together, and sprinkle a small amount of flour over the tray. Step 2, roll a thin sheet of pasta dough over the top piece & help the dough mold to the indentation. Remove excess. Step 3, place a small amount of filling in the center of each shape. Step 4, roll another thin sheet of dough over the tray, remove excess. Step 5, eject ravioli from the mold by turning upside down & enjoy!
