Smaller and lighter than a Western chef’s knife, the Santoku is more versatile and easier to control. Just chop or slice away. The knife boasts a full tang construction, a laser-cut steel blade, and a molded lucite handle. Handmade from beginning until end, the knife is signed by the artisan.
