As head of design, he had a great eye for up and coming architects in Denmark, commissioning work from the likes of: Arne Vodder, Kurt Olsen, Ib Kofod-Larsen and Nils & Eva Koppel. His own designs epitomised the middle-ground between classical and modernist styles which defined the post-war period in Denmark.
