Gispen office chair model 2712, designed by André Cordemeyer for Gispen in the 1970s, is a stylish and ergonomic design. Part of the BZ (Better Sitting) series, this chair features armrests for extra comfort. The shell is made of fibreglass-reinforced polyester, and the base of painted sheet steel. Thanks to the gas spring, the seat height is adjustable from 38 to 51 cm, making the chair easy to adjust. The base with castors ensures smooth mobility. with a height of 83 cm, a width of 61 cm and a depth of 61 cm, this office chair offers comfortable seating. The green skai upholstery is in good condition, with no tears or holes, and shows only a few small stains on the seat (see photos). The chair is marked with the Gispen logo, confirming its authenticity. This model is also included in the Gispen book (NAI, page 140).
