This French Art Deco alabaster bowl shape chandelier exhibits a distinguished splash of light grey natural striations and features its original alabaster canopy. The alabaster has an appealing semi gloss surface sheen with natural veining and texture. Mounted on a gray painted silk style rope twist armature with stepped nickel plated decorative mounts and characterized by a square border rim surround. A large carved stylized floral cabuchon accents this pure, elegant architectural alabaster plafonnier. The minimalist form seems to float effortlessly in space, embodying a sublime and refined aesthetic. Holds one Edison socket.
