Although often attributed to Achille & Pier Giacomo Castiglioni for Flos, these cocoon lamps are generally made by Goldkant, Germany 1960s. This lamp is in great condition considering it's age and the brass ceiling cap has gotten a lovely patina. The materials is made of a stretched specially designed resin. The lamp is fitted for a general E27 lightbulb. This piece is designed in the style of the selected designer and/or manufacturer, Up to 250V (Europe/UK Standard).The wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
