The series originally included pendant lamps, ceiling lamps and a table lamp. two versions of the pendant were produced: 6-shade version (as offered here) 8-shade version (larger and more complex) the lamps were made in various finishes, including white, white with coloured highlights, brass-coloured with orange, and polished aluminium. The shades were mounted around the bulb using three metal rods with spacers, ensuring perfect light distribution between each layer. The lowest shade often featured a grey interior to reduce glare from below, while the open top allowed soft upward light to reflect onto the ceiling. today, the verona is considered one of the essential masterpieces of danish lighting design—highly collectible for its pure geometry, warm diffusion, and timeless mid-century aesthetic.
