This classic Hitchcock "Connecticut" rocking chair is ebonized with a gold-stenciled harvest motif. The Hitchcock brand signature is on the back of the crest rail. There is a lovely patina to the top of the crest rail and some scuffing along the arms and legs. The seat is in excellent condition, with warm maple wood details and black-and-gold trim.
