We are offering this extremely fine Terracotta portrait bust. This bust features an extremely well done and sophisticated gentleman with distinguishing facial hair. The sculpture is mounted on a marble base and signed on the reverse O L Warner 1880 for Olin Levi Warner (American 1844-1896). Warner was trained at the Academy Beaux-Arts in Paris. Condition: There is a vertical hairline and signs of restorations on both sides of the bust, most likely from being dropped or knocked over and the central rod damaging the terracotta.
