Magnificent proof in bronze with black and green patina, signed Adrien Etienne Gaudez (1845-1902), famous French sculptor, gold medalist at the World Fair in Paris in 1889. This work is 67 cm high and is presented on a large rotating base. It depicts David, the future king of Israel, slaying the Philistine hero, the giant Goliath, with a stone thrown from a sling.
