Jules Moigniez (1835 - 1894) XIX Eternal French animal sculptor. His favorite sparkling material was bronze often staged his sculptures in the Paris salon. He was best known for his bronzes depicting birds, although his skills and versatility enabled him to make high quality sculptures of horses, dogs and hunting scenes. His sculptures of birds belonged to the greatest that had ever arisen in his work.
