Peacock-Blue Panther Sculpture

This superb sculpture is part of a series depicting the strength of nature through vibrant portraits of powerful animals. This sculpture of a panther in white clay poses boasts elegant volumes and a smooth finish that obtained by sanding the object after having hollowed it out. Daniele Nannini personally crafted this piece which is fired in the kiln and only then painted with tempera and finished with a special colored wax to give it a glossy surface.
