Rare cabinet desk Henri II style in carved oak. The base is made up of two boxes each with a drawer and a door carved and framed by columns. On the wooden top rests the cabinet treated in the manner of a buffet top, with a central niche where a terrace with balusters surmounts two small carved doors and an alcove. This niche and the two doors which frame it are surmounted by a row of three drawers. The set ends with a tray with a cornice patterned genoise All the sculpture of the furniture is borrowed from the floral, vegetal and architectural repertoires, France Neo Renaissance style, circa 1870.
