Mid-19th century Portuguese side table with fabulous hand turned legs and stretchers. The top features a wonderfully grained top with applied carved molding around the edges, following down to a single drawer with a cushion raised panel and hand carved molding, flanked by shaped accents. The legs are wonderfully hand turned and are joined by complementing hand turned stretchers. The table is raised on hand turned bun feet. there are lovely hand cast brass accents throughout the piece.
