Refinished 1960s Directional walnut buffet / credenza with sculpted pulls by Calvin. The black inlay around each cabinet door – reminiscent of Drexel’s Declaration collection – suggests design by Kipp Stewart. Features incredible walnut woodgrain down the sides and top, with the same grain pattern used for each of the cabinet doors. The left and right sides conceal adjustable shelves, while the center houses five dovetailed drawers, two of which are felt-lined, and a pair of vertical storage compartments. The surface tapers slightly towards the edges, giving it an irregular rectangular shape. A rare piece in beautifully restored condition.
