Vintage Egyptian, North Africa camel saddle shape stool. Traditionally used to ride camels in the desert of Africa and the Middle East, this camel saddle could be used as a foot stool or just as an accent tribal piece in any room. Wooden base is inlaid with brass Pharaonic decoration. Middle Eastern Arabian pouf or footstool. There is no cushion. Nice addition to any Moroccan, Egyptian, Bohemian room. Midcentury, circa 1960s.
