19th century American tiger maple stool with newly upholstered seat in linen. This is a lovely stool with a pyramid box shaped top, set into a tiger maple base which has hand carved legs with a gorgeous serpentine shape. It is such an unusual piece and the tiger maple is so nicely grained, it absolutely glows in the light.
