Original Pirkka Stool from Laukaan Puu after a design by Ilmari Tapiovaara from the 1950s. This is an original Tapiovaara from the time and from Finland. A rare collector's object. The design combines rusticity with elegance. Rustic in materiality, elegant in the finely executed construction. A divided seat breaks the massif of the seat shell and makes it appear easier and less dominant. The average opening is carried out as a practical handle. The contrast, the characteristic two -color of the seat and frame, is particularly important. The frame consists of black painted full wood elements, which are designed in a spindle shape and functionally connected. The stool is in good condition with sometimes clear signs of wear and patina (see photos).
