A monumental Italian cassapanaca (storage chest and seat) from a palazzo in Cremona, southeast of Milan with storage in the seat. Original paint and hand-forged iron hinges. Subtle Baroque scrolled details. There are traces of the family crest on the center of the seat back. Circa 1720.
