A truly beautiful white alabaster column Neoclassical style lamp. Italy, 1955-1960. Condition is very good with very few flaws and a snowy white, rather than yellowed look. There are just a few gray veins. Photos taken the day of listing. Some nicks are consistent with alabaster, it's much softer than marble, but nothing to detract from its beauty. These are really in demand - the last set I sold was purchased by Bunny Williams herself and they appeared in her latest Veranda Magazine cover feature! I’ve included a photo from AD of those exact lamps shown in her own primary suite. This does not include the shade, because buyers' preferences vary. For reference, the shade shown is 10” diameter at the top, 10” tall and 14.5” at the bottom. An 8” harp was used in the photo, which is included, along with a brass button finial. Lamp measures: 17.25" to top of column 27.75” to top of 8" harp Base: 5” square This is ready to ship. Pickup is welcome in Red Bank, NJ, which is 1 hour south of NYC and 1 hour east of Philadelphia.
