Mid-Century Modern astrological armillary table lamp designed by Chicago based artist Frederick Cooper in the 1950’s. This beautiful item is cast in bronze, features delicate brass details, and a wood base that is representative of the quality designs and inventive minds of Cooper. With an age-appropriate greenish patina, the central loop displays roman symbols on the outer side and numbers on the inside while the base features additional astrological signs.
