The Jucker table lamp incarnates and clearly explicit the spirit of the sixties and still today is a charismatic collector's object, coveted as when it was presented for the first time in 1963. In 1962 Tobia Scarpa had associated himself with Pier Giacomo Castiglioni as designer for Flos, the leading lighting company already then of the market of lighting products. Scarpa continued to work for Flos for all the sixties and part of the seventies, perfecting the design that adopted the recent halogen lighting technology.
