A 1960s Italian ‘Gatto’ table lamp designed by Achille & Pier Giacomo Castiglioni for Flos. This sculptural fixture features an enameled steel frame with a “cocoon” sprayed resin shade that mimics the look of goatskin parchment, emitting an ambient glow when lit. Named after a cat, this lamp can perch just about anywhere. Unmarked. Great overall vintage condition. Minor wear to the cocoon shade including areas of discoloration and marks throughout, which can be seen in photographs. This lamp was professionally rewired for U.S. use by our team of restorationists. Accepts one standard base light bulb.
