Minimalist table lamp by the german manufacturer bur bünte & remmler leuchten. A very rare version. cubic forms permeate this design. Perhaps the most striking detail of these bur designs is the fine perforation of the shades. A rectangular elongation refracts the emitted light and, when switched on, dissolves the cubic form of the lamp body. A particularly distinctive feature of this design is the gray metal band that encircles the lamp head and is set off at the top by a groove. This groove is further accentuated by the emitted light. The base is a simple bracket. The lamp head is connected to the base via two joints, allowing it to be tilted and thus individually adjusted. the lamp is in good condition with signs of use and patina.
