Part of the Art Collection that comprises unique hand-made pieces made of classical shapes and precious materials, this stunning vase was made in Murano mouth-blown glass using the "incalmo" technique, consisting in joining two hot blown glasses of different colors to obtain a single blown piece with two zones of different colors, in this case green and blue. The mosaic decoration, covering the green round base, is made of tesserae with 24 kt gold foil in green, yellow, copper, and turquoise glass with blue opaque glazes evoking the eyes of the peacock's tail.
