We are selling this nice pair of French 18th century miniature landscape paintings. These paintings are executed in gouache and watercolor on paper and feature simple landscape scenes with figures. The paintings are late 18th century, one being signed LM 1782 and the other the same but in a less refined manner. Possibly for Louis-Gabriel Moreau 1740-1806 or follower. Condition: Paintings are in good condition. Frames have some wear including both having a split.
