A near-complete set of six original woodblock prints by Tokuriki Tomikichiro (1902–1999), from his celebrated series Shin Ōmi Hakkei (New Eight Views of Ōmi), published by Uchida, Kyoto, circa 1936–37. The series depicts scenes around Lake Biwa in Shiga Prefecture — temples, shrines, harbors, and seasonal landscapes rendered in Tokuriki's distinctive mid-century shin-hanga style: crisp architectural line work paired with atmospheric, often muted color palettes.
