A magnificent vintage gold-leafed offset lithograph, print, of "Princess Voyaging in a Palanquin Carried by Two Camels" after 18th century Indian painting. Comes from a rare first limited edition art folio published by Les Editions du Chene in Paris, France in 1950. Printed on one side. Hand tipped on a board of heavy paper. Gold-leafed and very detailed. Superb quality. Excellent condition - minor age wear on edges of the board, never framed. Image 8.5"W x 12.78"H - the same size as the original artwork. The original 18th century Indian painting "Princess Voyaging in a Palanquin Carried by Two Camels" is 8.5"W 12.80"H, and it is located in Cabinet Des Estampes, Reserve OD44, Biblioheque Nationale, Paris.
