Truly a stunning oil painting on canvas mounted within a heavy detailed carved gilt gold frame, this piece was discovered in Paris and we believe dates to the mid to late 1800's and is signed by the artist. Seaside scene with the lovingly playful mother and son, the canvas does have damage which you can see from the photos, but we believe is still a sweetly beautiful piece.
