This is a very nice piece of American - New England Region Folk Art. Circa late 1800s to early 1900s. This is a genuine wood kitchen mixing bowl that has hand painted features. It depicts a classic New England Winter Time Landscape that includes a Trees, a Lake, a Church and a Woman in a Red Shawl. I purchased this piece on one of my recent picking trips in the down east coastal Maine region. It has a wire hanger attache to the back so it can easily be hung - displayed on the wall. It is in excellent condition. Truly a one of a kind!. It measures 2 3/4 inches tall X 11 inches long x 10 3/8 inches wide.
