It came from an unbound portfolio of decorative designs, Album de la Decoration, that featured tapestries, ceramics, jewelry, etc. This design showcases "BIJOUX" a collection of hat pins, stick pins, a belt buckle, brooches, bracelets, etc. The designs exemplify the organic forms typical of Art Nouveau where fine art fuses with natural forms that influence functionality and practicality. The designs are ornamental and beautifully unique. The chromolithograph is 9.5 by 13.25 inches in size. It is original to 1902 and NOT a recent reproduction. Original French Art Nouveau lithographs have become increasingly more difficult to find in excellent condition with the pass of time.
