The status of preservation is good, aged with cutting and missing piece of paper. Gabriele Galantara (1865-1937) was a journalist and one of the leading Italian caricaturists and cartoonists. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
