This is an extraordinarily RARE Pablo Picasso lithograph, titled "Four Dancers". It is a very refined drawing that Picasso drew in 1925 and the original is now in the MoMA collection. This is NOT a modern reprint. It is a vintage lithograph from a 1946 Picasso-authorized portfolio of his most famous drawings, titled "Picasso Fifteen Drawings", published by Albert Carman from an edition of 500. This image is EXTREMELY hard to find -- in fact, we have not been able to find another one. When you look at the series of 15 drawings, you can see the entire evolution of the artist from the turn of the century, to the mid-1940s, and it is simply astounding. This is one of Picasso's most captivating dancer drawings done with very elegant lines. It is signed in the plate and dated 1925 in the lower right. We have custom framed it with all top-of-the-line archival materials and UV protective glass to keep this perfect for years to come. It is absolutely gorgeous. A must-have for the Picasso lover.
