Peter Keil is a German artist who focuses primarily on abstract expressionism. Keil painted with some of the greats including Joan Miró, Pablo Picasso, and Andy Warhol, to name a few. This is an awesome piece executed with acrylic on board. It is signed “P. Keil” in the lower right corner. This piece was purchased by the Bowen family as a routine purchase directly from the Keil family, acting on behalf of Peter. The art is in good condition with typical signs of age and wear, with the exception of a few minor imperfections on the edges (see photos 3 & 4). I do believe a frame would cover these quite well.
