This picture was given to my wife by a member of Eckankar and depicts some sort of religious practice. The HU: A central practice involves chanting "HU" (pronounced hue), an ancient, sacred name for God. It is used in daily meditation to align the soul with higher states of awareness, love, and creativity. That is about all I know about it.
