DETAILS A charming, antique oil on canvas full-length portrait of siblings, Susan Hulme Grundy (b. 1838) and her younger brother Joseph Knight Grundy (1841-73), flanking their pet lamb with a landscape background. Their parents were Rebecca Hulme Grundy (American, 1804-95) and Edmund Grundy (English-American, 1799-1878). The family lived in a grand home at Walnut Grove Farm (Newportville Road, Bristol Township, Pennsylvania).
