First time out this season painting en plein air (outdoors, from life) here in New England. A favorite spot of mine where the Atlantic ocean meets an estuary. This is professional grade acrylic paint on a wood panel, 12" by 12". Hints of an earlier painting can be seen in the texture of the piece. It is unframed, wired, and ready to hang. A thin wood strip frame can be added at no additional cost. About the artist: Stephen Remick was born and raised in Vermont. He earned a BFA in Painting from Swain School of Design, a small art school in Massachusetts. He resides in a coastal New England town with his wife, Anne Carrozza Remick, who is also an artist on Chairish. Steve's paintings are in private collections all over the U.S. and abroad.
