Under the Snow is an original drawing in mixed media -ink and watercolor- on paper realized by Simon Goldberg (1913-1985). Hand-signed on the lower left. The state of preservation is very good. Sheet dimension: 51 x 36.5 cm. The artwork represents a blurry figure with a dog under the snow, the whitish bright snow covered the whole scene and create a poetical tender feeling with bluish background and white blurry spot of snow, the reflection of moonlight created the scene bright, a reverence to beauty of nature. The artwork is characterized by soft and delicate strokes that defined a poetical harmony in masterly blurry composition.
