This dramatic and powerful large vintage painting that is oil on masonite board is signed Cole and dated' 66. This is the male version of Lady Godiva. We do not know anything about the painter other than it came from a collectors home of beautiful mid century pieces and beyond.It is predominately red and black with gradients of shades of those colors mixed in with other darker hues. This will be the dynamic in the room you need. This is powerful! It will be a real focal piece in a room. It has been newly very custom framed in an exquisite and very expensive real silver leaf with black wood that is a stepped frame that greatly enhances the painting.
