Straight from architects estate in Houston, wonderful vintage original water color architectural drawing / rendering circa 1920s - 30s of office building or hotel. Signed lower right but illegible, not sure if Houston building, has a similar look to the Rice Hotel. Measures 24 wide by 34 high. Paper mounted on board.
