Travis Flack was born in Santa Rosa, California and is known for his vibrant, surrealist paintings. Originally starting out in the graffiti and Skateboard art movement at a young age, Flack won second prize in an open competition which led to painting a mural at local a skate park. Thereafter, Flack started exhibiting his surrealist oil paintings in local exhibitions around Sonoma County. His series "Visions of the Metropolis" was displayed at Montmartre in 1997.
