Known as glasplatte (glass plaque), this sculptural lighting piece combines danish craftsmanship with artistic glasswork. the lamp features a thick, curved pane of frosted art glass, richly decorated in warm shades of red, orange, and brown. Each piece is handmade, meaning no two lamps are ever identical—the multi-coloured structure is achieved by fusing glass masses in different tones, resulting in irregular streaks, air bubbles, and crystallized particles that catch and diffuse the light in unique ways. when illuminated, the lamp gives off a warm, glowing ambience that enhances its textured surface and highlights the depth of colour. It is equally decorative unlit, functioning as a piece of glass art on the wall. the glass is mounted on an adjustable metal fitting, allowing the angle to be adapted to its surroundings.
