Hand-painted wardrobe / folk art, floral decoration, 19th century. Charming two-door wardrobe made of solid wood, richly decorated with polychrome paintings of floral motifs, typical of regional folk art. The front is composed of framed panels showcasing stylized bouquets and naive floral compositions, executed in vibrant colors (red, blue, green, and cream) against an ochre/red background. Each panel features a distinct design, adding rhythm and authenticity to the whole. The intermediate rails are also adorned with painted motifs, highlighting the care taken in the ornamentation. The natural wood frame contrasts elegantly with the painted panels, offering a beautiful visual balance. The piece rests on a carved base and features a simple molded cornice.
