Elegant, scarcely seen wingback chair by Edward Wormley for Dunbar model 103B (ca. 1941, USA). Composed of a stained mahogany base with thin front tapered legs and gently splayed back legs supporting a removable cushion, turned arm rests, and tall wing back, offering substantial support and comfort. Attractive, organic form with sweeping lines and rounded curves. The tawny/gold-brown bouclé and foam are newly replaced (Kravet 36114-166) and stained mahogany is in original condition with minimal wear, as shown.
